No, you do not as you can place an order as a guest, by just providing your email address or phone number for correspondence.
However, we highly recommend that you do create a FOGGMART account as you will be able to rate and review products, accumulate and obtain discounts on future purchases.
Signing up for a FOGGMART account will give you substantial benefits and give you a superior experience while shopping. You can:
1. Track all past and present orders at any time in one place
2. Rate and review products.
3. Never fill in your address and payment details more than once.
4. Accumulate Reward Points and receive discounts on future purchases.
All you need to do is provide us with your name, phone number or email address and a password of your choice. Its that simple!
Out of stock means that currently the product is not available in the FOGGMART warehouse. However, you can use 'Notify Me' tab on the product page to get notification once the product is back in stock.
You can place your order in a few simple steps:
Step 1: Click the 'Add to Bag' button on the products you wish to purchase and they will be added to your shopping bag.
Step 2: Register with FOGGMART by clicking on the “Account” button on the top right-hand corner of the page and clicking on “Sign Up”
When you sign up for your FOGGMART account, you can enter all your details including your address and phone number on to your account page and it will be recorded for future purposes!
While this sign-up step is optional, we highly recommend that you do create a FOGGMART account. Not only will you be able to rate and review products, and avail members-only coupons/offers, but also you can accumulate and obtain discounts on future purchases.
Step 3: You can then click on your shopping bag in the top right corner of the page.
Step 4: Either you can “Continue shopping” or click on the “Checkout” button to proceed to the next steps. If you see any coupon code on website Apply it here to get a discount on your order.
Step 5: Provide us with your email address, shipping address and payment details. Finally click on 'place order' to go ahead.
Step 6: Once the order is placed, you will see a confirmation page with an order number. Also, we will send you an email confirming your order.
Step 7: Enjoy your FOGGMART order!
Unfortunately, We cannot add a product to an existing order. However, you may request the removal or cancellation of any product before the order is packaged and shipped.
You can send by going to the order history and writing about the product edit, address edit and cancellation etc. in the message option given below. Apart from this, you can also email on support@foggmart.com. Our team will take immediate action on this. Please note that the order has not been shipped.
Yes, you can. Just add all the products you wish to buy in your shopping bag and click on the 'Proceed' button for payment options.
Once your order is confirmed, you will see a confirmation page displaying a unique Order ID, a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the shipping address.
In addition, you will receive an email and a text message confirming your order details. You will also be notified when we dispatch the item(s) from our warehouse with the respective tracking details.
Yes, definitely! You can do so by filling in your address as the ‘billing address’ and the address you wish to ship your order to, as the ‘shipping address’.
Yes, you can leave items in your shopping bag, however the price and availability of these products will be reflected on a real time basis. Hence, there is a possibility that the product may get sold out or the offer on the product may expire from the time you added it to your shopping bag.
Unfortunately, products listed as “Out of Stock” are not available for sale. However, we can notify you as soon as the product is back in stock.
Simply click on the product. Once you are on the product page, you will immediately see an option to notify you when the product is back in stock. All you have to do is provide your registered email address for the update.
If you wish to change the shipping address or phone number, you can do it through "My Order" section before the products are dispatched. You will see an edit icon on the order history page. Please note that you cannot change the address once the order is shipped.
You can review the status of your orders and other related tracking information by visiting the "Orders history" section. You can instantly see the status of a specific order and all your past orders.
Once the order is shipped, you can see a button "Track" which will give you more detailed information about your order status.
If you have placed the user as guest, you can signup/signing using the email through which you have placed the order. You can track the order through the steps mentioned above.
If your order has been shipped and you are still not able to know the order status through tracking link, wait for 12 hours. In some rare cases, courier partner take up-to 12 hours to activate the tracking link. Kindly check after the mentioned time frame.
If your most recent order is not showing after successful payment, please be rest assured & try checking the same after 10 minutes.

We at FOGGMART are fully dedicated to our customers satisfaction. Rest assured that FOGGMART products are genuine and authentic. We do not accept any grey market products. We only buy our inventory from the brand or authorized distributors of the brand.
95% of our inventory is kept in our warehouse. Since we only sell our freshest products, the remaining 5% of our stock is sourced from the brand as soon you place your order. This takes an additional 2-3 days for delivery.
We are a retailer and not the manufacturer of the products sold on our website. We guarantee you genuine products by sourcing all items directly from brands and authorized distributors or resellers of the products but cannot undertake the responsibility for the claims on warranty and benefits made by the manufacturer.

To add an item to your wish list, click on the 'Heart' icon on the product image or page. You can access the Wishlist anytime to check the items added in it.
Go to 'My Wishlist' menu.
Click on the 'X' or 'Remove' or 'Delete' to remove the product from your Wishlist.
Payment Related
FOGGMART offers you multiple ways to pay securely. These include:

We use the Razorpay payment gateway for card & net-banking payments. This is an industry-standard secure payment method so that we can ensure that all your online transactions at FOGGMART are processed in an extremely secure environment.
Our trusted online payment partners monitor transactions continuously for suspicious activity and flag potentially fraudulent transactions for manual verification by our team:
1. When our team is unable to rule out the possibility of fraud categorically, the transaction is kept on hold, and the customer is requested to provide identity documents.
2. The ID documents help us ensure that the purchases were indeed made by a genuine card holder.
The Razorpay payment gateway is one of the largest consumer payment processors in the world. It is a state-of the-art payment gateway that protects your account details when you shop on FOGGMART by encrypting sensitive information like your card number. It is VeriSign Secured and validated by Payment Card Industry compliant Control Code.
If you are uncomfortable making online payment, please use our Cash on Delivery (COD) facility.
This facility allows you to pay your invoice amount in cash at the time of delivery at your doorstep. Kindly select Cash on Delivery at the payment page.
Kindly note:
1. You can only make COD payments in Indian Rupees. Currently, we do not accept foreign currency or demand drafts.
2. Due to the limitations of our courier partners, COD is not yet available for all pin codes in India. On the product page, kindly check your pin code under 'Delivery Options' if the COD facility is available for your delivery address.
3. The COD facility is available for all orders. You don't have any minimum amount limit.

Note: Only one coupon code can be used on a single order. If you choose to cancel an order after applying a coupon code, it would not be usable for a later purchase depending on the conditions of coupon. In case of suspected misuse of coupons, FOGGMART reserves the right to cancel orders.
EMI option is available only on orders above INR 4000.
You will see the EMI option on the payment page of the qualifying order with the interest rates charged by banks.
Shipping & Delivery Related
We package our products in boxes, which are covered in a plastic layer. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging. Till date, we have received minimal complaints about damaged products due to our packaging.
Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
Once they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
FOGGMART ships throughout India!
1. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
2. You can visit 'Orders history' section to track your order once it is shipped. In rare cases, courier takes upto 12 hours to activate the link, so kindly try after the mentioned period.
3. If you are a guest user, you can either track through the link shared with you over email/SMS. Or you can signup/sign in using your email to track the order through your 'Orders' section.
We dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days (i.e. excluding Sundays and public holidays).
1. Though, we keep 95% of our catalogue in our inventory, certain products need to be sourced directly from the brand itself so that we can live up to our promise of providing fresh, non-expired products.
2. While we are trying our best to avoid this situation, these products might delay your order.
3. If you are ordering our products from a Mega Sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within 3 days of order date.
We are pleased to say, more than 95% of FOGGMART orders are delivered within 3-5 business days from the date of order.
We at FOGGMART maintain a very high level of quality control and till date, we have received minimal complaints about the quality of our packaging. Furthermore, less than 0.5% of our products we ship in a year are returned to us as damaged. Cancellation, Return & Refund Related
There are no separate charges for canceling an item or the complete order.
If the order or item you wish to cancel has not yet shipped, you can cancel the order directly through your "Orders" section.
Apart from this, you can also inform the FOGGMART team through email and message
If you ordered as a guest, sign up/sign in with the email you used when ordering and then you can cancel the order through the "Orders" section.
In such cases, the order will be canceled and the money will be refunded to you within 48 business hours of cancellation.
If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered
Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order
Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money within 24-48 business hours.
Check the status of the order or the item(s) under ‘Orders’ section.
Shipping charges will be refunded if the complete order is cancelled. However, in case of part order cancellation, shipping charge will not be refunded.

In case of cancellation before the order is shipped, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours in the source account.
For the order that is already shipped, refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours in the source account once it gets returned and verified at the warehouse.
Coupon codes are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
If you had redeemed reward points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation.
In case you used gift card amount, the same would be credited back to your gift card in the case of a cancellation.
Returns on FOGGMART are currently accepted only in the following cases:
1. You have received a damaged product.
2. You have received a defective product.
3. Wrong product was delivered to you.
4. The product ordered was missing in the delivered shipment.
In any of these cases, you could either request a replacement or a refund within 7 days of receiving the order.

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
1. If request is initiated after 7 days of order delivery.
2. Product is used or altered..
3. Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse by the customer.
4. Returned attempted without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged.
5. Serial Number is tampered.
6. Defective products that are covered under Seller/Manufacturer warranty.

Yes. A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement for any individual item.
In the case of a return/replacement, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
1. For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
2. For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
